Director, Product Enablement/Digital Learning

You will be joining the thriving Icertis Academy team, which is dedicated to benefiting our partners, customers, employees, and enthusiasts. Icertis Academy delivers a digital learning curriculum spanning functional, technical, and sales enablement training, along with certification programs and a growing knowledge community.

As Director, Digital Learning, you will own the vision and strategy for digital learning across Icertis Academy. This is a leadership role for someone who can move fluidly between boardroom and storyboard: shaping learning strategy with senior stakeholders, leading a multidisciplinary team of instructional designers, eLearning developers, and designers, and championing AI-driven innovation in how learning content is created, transformed, and delivered at scale. The right candidate combines deep instructional design credibility with proven people leadership and a track record of building learning programs that measurably move the business.

• Define and own the vision and strategy for digital learning content creation, transformation, and curation in alignment with organizational goals and Academy priorities.
• Lead the design and delivery of blended and digital learning portfolios at scale, including interactive courses, video tutorials, simulations, and performance support tools, that directly address skill gaps and product adoption goals.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of instructional designers, eLearning developers, and designers, fostering a culture of innovation, craft, and continuous improvement.
• Spearhead certification programs for Icertis Academy that strengthen professional development and product enablement for customers, partners, and employees.
• Champion AI-driven solutions across the content lifecycle to streamline creation, enhance personalization, and reduce development time, while maintaining alignment with organizational priorities and brand guidelines.
• Ensure all learning solutions meet WCAG/Section 508 accessibility standards, promoting equity, inclusivity, and compliance for a global learner base.
• Define and track success metrics for the digital learning portfolio, using feedback, assessment data, and performance metrics to measure and continuously improve program effectiveness and demonstrate business impact.
• Manage vendors, tools, and budgets for the digital learning function, ensuring fit-for-purpose technology choices and strong return on learning investment.
• Represent digital learning in cross-functional leadership forums, building trusted consulting relationships with global stakeholders and influencing enablement strategy at the executive level.

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Educational Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees and professional certifications in eLearning or learning technology are a plus.
• 15+ years of experience in instructional design, digital learning, and learning technology, including 5+ years leading teams of instructional designers, developers, or learning technologists.
• Proven track record of defining and executing digital learning strategy in a global, fast-moving enterprise software or SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale digital learning portfolios with measurable improvements in completion, role readiness, and learner outcomes.
• Hands-on fluency with Generative AI tools for content creation, including audio and video generation, and a clear point of view on responsibly applying AI to learning workflows.
• Expertise with eLearning authoring tools such as Captivate, Storyline, Rise, and Camtasia, plus strong working knowledge of LMS/LXP platforms and learning analytics.
• Experience designing and scaling certification and product enablement programs for customers, partners, and employees.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG/Section 508) and experience embedding them across a learning portfolio.
• Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to build trusted relationships across customer, partner, sales, and product teams.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and learning technology investments.
• Experience working with global teams, cultures, and industries.
