Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned opera?ons leader to drive end -to -end execu?on of large -scale
renewable energy projects. This role will func?on as the central command for mul?ple
ongoing projects—ensuring ?melines, cost, and quality benchmarks are consistently met.
You will lead project managers, resolve execu?on bo?lenecks in real ?me, and bring
structure, speed, and accountability across the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibili?es
Project Execu?on Leadership
ï· Own execu?on of mul?ple renewable energy projects from planning to commissioning
ï· Ensure adherence to ?melines, budgets, and quality standards
Por?olio Oversight
ï· Manage a por?olio of large -scale projects (100–220 MW cumula?ve exposure preferred)
ï· Drive governance mechanisms, repor?ng cadence, and milestone tracking
Team Leadership
ï· Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Project Managers and site teams
ï· Build a high -performance execu?on culture with strong accountability
Problem Solving & Escala?on Handling
ï· Act as the go -to leader for resolving on -ground and strategic execu?on challenges
ï· Remove bo?lenecks across engineering, procurement, regulatory, and stakeholder
interfaces
Stakeholder Management
ï· Work closely with internal leadership, EPC partners, contractors, and external
stakeholders
ï· Ensure seamless coordina?on across func?ons
Process & Efficiency Op?miza?on
ï· Implement best prac?ces in project management, cost control, and risk mi?ga?on
ï· Con?nuously improve execu?on frameworks and SOPs
What We’re Looking For
ï· 12+ years of experience in renewable energy / infrastructure / EPC project execu?on
ï· Proven track record of managing large -scale projects (100–220 MW exposure)
ï· Strong leadership experience managing mul?ple project teams simultaneously
ï· Hands -on problem solver with the ability to operate at both strategic and ground levels
ï· Deep understanding of project lifecycle: land acquisi?on, approvals, EPC, commissioning
ï· Ability to thrive in fast -paced, high -ownership environments
