The Director, Testing – L&AH Product will lead the quality engineering vision for the product organization and build quality as a strategic capability across the product lifecycle. This role is intended for a leader who can shape QA strategy, scale test architecture, improve engineering maturity, and strengthen release confidence across distributed product teams.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise across manual testing, automation, and performance testing, along with proven experience building frameworks, integrating QA into CI/CD, mentoring teams, and driving enterprise-wide adoption of modern testing practices.

This role should also bring practical AI experience, both in using AI to improve testing outcomes and in helping define quality expectations for AI-enabled product capabilities. As Majesco expands its unified AI platform, this leader will be expected to ensure AI experiences are reliable, governed, measurable, and aligned to customer and business value.

• Define and lead the overall QA and quality engineering strategy for the L&AH product portfolio, aligning quality goals to product roadmap, engineering execution, and release outcomes.


• Build and scale modern test architecture across UI, API, integration, regression, performance, accessibility, and visual validation layers.


• Establish and institutionalize test maturity models, best practices, and platform-centric quality frameworks across product verticals.


• Drive strong automation strategy and execution, including reusable framework development, maintainability, faster regression cycles, and broader engineering adoption.


• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve delivery alignment, release readiness, and business confidence.


• Lead performance testing strategy and execution for enterprise-scale releases and platform changes.


• Strengthen engineering quality through CI/CD integration, better pipeline-based test execution, and continuous feedback loops.


• Build and mentor high-performing QA teams, including leadership development, onboarding, capability uplift, and transition of teams toward automation-first practices.


• Define and monitor quality dashboards, metrics, and application health indicators to support strategic decision-making.


• Contribute to hiring strategy, role definition, and interview processes to build a strong and future-ready testing organization.

• Bring hands-on exposure to AI-assisted testing or AI-enabled engineering workflows, with demonstrated use of AI tools to improve test efficiency, productivity, and coverage.


• Use AI to accelerate test design, strengthen scenario generation, improve regression focus, and help teams spend more time on strategic quality work rather than repetitive execution.


• Define quality approaches for AI-enabled product capabilities, including reliability, workflow accuracy, context handling, edge cases, and output validation.


• Partner with product and platform teams to ensure AI capabilities are governed with the right telemetry, auditability, versioning, controls, and approval mechanisms.


• Champion the importance of AI in the testing organization by balancing innovation, speed, trust, and business accountability.

• 18+ years of overall experience in software quality assurance, with strong experience in enterprise product environments and team leadership.


• Proven expertise in QA strategy definition, framework development, test architecture, and QA process maturity modeling.


• Strong experience across manual testing, automation testing, integration testing, regression testing, and performance testing.


• Experience leading testing across modern product ecosystems, including APIs, microservices, mobile and web applications, and distributed engineering teams.


• Strong working knowledge of tools and practices such as Selenium, Playwright, WebDriverIO, JMeter, Jenkins, Postman, Jira, Confluence, Git, and CI/CD-based delivery.


• Demonstrated success in mentoring QA engineers, uplifting team capability, and improving stakeholder engagement across programs.


• Strong communication, problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.


• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.

• Prior experience in insurance product engineering, regulated domains, or enterprise platforms where quality, traceability, and release rigor are critical.


• Experience building quality organizations that influence engineering culture, not just test execution.


• Ability to connect testing strategy with product outcomes, team capability, and long-term platform maturity.


• Strong interest in AI-driven quality transformation and the future of intelligent product engineering.
