Job Description - Director - RPO services

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Director of RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) Services to lead and manage our recruitment operations. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality recruitment solutions to our clients, driving operational excellence, and enhancing the overall recruitment process through innovative strategies and practices.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to ensure the achievement of desired recruitment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the RPO services team, ensuring that recruitment goals and objectives are met.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, processes, and best practices to enhance the overall efficiency of recruitment operations.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and analytics to assess performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms.
  • Manage client expectations and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure that Talent Worx remains a leader in RPO services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in RPO services.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing RPO projects and delivering results.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment technologies and platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
