Your Role

PMPL APNC –

• SCM focal for APNC
• Managing Korea , India & Japan
• Customer Hyundai , Honda , Nissan , Mahindra , Tata , Ashok Leyland , Volvo Eicher
• Program execution – DN8 Bundle , ICMU , DMS for Hyundai. Display & Silver Box for Mahindra , SRR6 for Honda. ADAS for Ashok Leyland & Volvo Eicher
• Support New programs – JX2 Hyundai , CDC Mahindra , Infotainment for Suzuki , ADAS for Tata
• Manage $ 400Mn + revenue for Singapore and Chennai

India Semiconductor development

• Develop India semiconductor strategy
• Work closely with key player like Tata Electronics & L & T for semiconductor development
• Leverage growing landscape for India Electronics supply chain for India programs & support Global needs.
• CDIL for IGBT , MOSFET , power electronics. Micron for Memory.
• Advantage of Kayens , Syrma technology for electronics parts

Localization

• Localize Display Bonding – AEM , Dixon – HCL , HCL Foxconn etc
• Work with Qualcomm & Quectel for India manufacturing
• Develop India supply base in Mechanical category for India & Global
• TFT localization with TCL & other
• Establish supply chain to reduce Tariff.

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

• Diploma/Bachelor/Master Degree in Electronics Engineering,  Business Administration/ MBA or similar qualification.
• More than 15+ years of experience in Global Supply Management with internationally operating corporations, including over 2 years of supervisor/management role.
•  Extensive knowledge of global electronics and mechatronics supplier base and manufacturing processes for Automotive/ Industrial applications.
• Ability to manage Global / Regional supplier relationships & deliver supplier performance as per KPI
• Proficiency in business finance to support business decisions.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to cope with demanding environment and conflict resolution
• Strong proficiency in English.
• Excellent computer skills with MS Office programs.
