About the role






The role purpose is to support business to deliver the customer solutions though reliable and effective tooling set. 

The role responsibilities include: 

Drive the execution of the effective solutions to ensure customer service delievry with focus on business simplification, effectiveness and productivity. Define and drive the execution of service delivery International solutions roadmap n sync with internal stakeholders, customers, internal team, external partners: outsourcing and COTS providers. 

Develop a trust relationship with the business stakeholders and customers based on common objectives and plan, build the partnership from the current support model and drive business based on future proof technology and effective cost structure. 

Introduce AI coding in the application operating model and transform this into taking advantage of the automation capabilities. Drive the transformation to AI first by working with all the stakeholder and driving the re-skill of the team, adjusting the roles and capabilities to support this.

Define clear OKRs and drive the execution to achieve them, while educating the internal ecosystem to be self-sustained and independent of top management intervention. Partner with business to drive business value, bring new ideas, challenge the business status quo.

Grow and develop the internal team in order to become a business partner, drive standardization and effective solution implementation, review the current capabilities and define the upskilling (e.g. product certification, devops, automation, security) and development plan, attract talent from the market and people who can drive the modernization and standardization, the relationship with business and customers. Inspire, organize and develop the team to become self organized and operate smoothly in the SAFE setup.

Work in partnership with the selected System Integrator and Product vendors to build a strong reliable ecosystem for the internal stakeholders and customers, collaboration for the roadmap delivery, transforming the teams and address the difficulties that will appear on the way.

Be part of the leadership of Digital Technology work collaboratively with all peers to drive the implementation of the strategy, serving our customers and supporting the revenues growth and IT services development, co-driving GDO digital roadmap for achieving simplification and efficiencies, modernizing, simplifying and automating legacy till the completion or technology roadmap and final state of all customers and GDO processes in the target architecture. The leadership role is not just to lead International Service Delivery Solutions but be active part of leadership.

 
  • Business Alignment: 
  • Roadmap definition and drive:
    • Collaborate with GDO and International Zone teams to understand the business objectives and ensure alignment. 
    • Ensure roadmap is aligned with Digital transformation objectives of growth and efficiency. 
    • Apply human-centered design thinking to incorporate feedback from all groups that are going to using the service. Although, mapping user experience won’t resolve all of their issues.
  • Drive results:
    • Define clear metrics business oriented to measure the outputs (e.g. time to market, cost of the delivery) and performance of the team (e.g. velocity, quality, availability)
    • Drive execution to achieve results and continuously improve
  • Stakeholder Engagement: 
    • Engage with key stakeholders across GDO, International Zone, Marketing, CTIO, Global Design Authority and other relevant teams globally to ensure alignment and support for the IT roadmap delivery.
    • Drive partner SI performance in order to achieve results. A significant turnaround is required in the area of partner, how to steer, how to act in order to add value. Be role model for the team and educate the team in vendor management.
    • Gain trust from internal stakeholders and SI Partners
  • AI first operating model transformation
    • Define the AI first application operating model
    • Redefine the required roles, responsibilities, skills for the future
    • Reskill the team to fit the required capabilities for the new operating model
    • Implement AI first operating model within 1-2 framework
  • Governance and Communication:
    • Agree on the right governance model and ensure CTIO and GDO’s are kept updated on the progress.
    • Facilitate regular communication with business units to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure that IT services are meeting business needs.
    • Present service performance metrics and improvement plans to senior management, highlighting the impact of IT services on business outcomes
    • Foster a culture of collaboration across the teams

  • Change Management and Training: 
    • Change is always accompanied with challenges across the organization.
    • Develop and execute change management plans to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new service fulfillment practices across the organization.
    • Challenge the status quo and convince teams on productivity improvements with changes processes, workflows and integrations.
  • Quality & Risk Management: 
    • Oversee quality assurance and risk management processes to ensure that the migration is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
    • Ensure E2E Quality testing in place, support UAT and production deployment. 
  • Continuous Improvement: 
    • Post initial migrations, lead initiatives to reflect and drive improvements in migrations iteratively.
  • Budget Management: 
    • Manage the budget for the migration project, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial oversight.
    • Maintain and publish current and forecasted spend on periodic/monthly basis.
    • Optimize costs on every opportunity across license costs, resource costs and Infrastructure costs.
  • Performance Monitoring: 
    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of the migration and its impact on service delivery.
    • Publish weekly and monthly reports indicating progress against target migration plans.

education, qualifications, and certifications

Technical knowledge of service fulfillment universe, new technologies, APIs, automation, security, devops and scale agile processes.

Knowledge of TMForum, ODA architecture, eTOm.

AI coding knowledge
