Director, Sourcing / Procurement

We're seeking someone to join our team as a Sourcing Manager to Support End-to-End Commercial Negotiations and Vendor Management for Space & Occupancy.

In the Corporate Services division, we empower our businesses by creating collaborative workplace solutions and commercial services that enhance the employee and client experience, while optimizing the value of our sourcing and third-party lifecycle to enable the Firm to do-and-win business. What you'll do in the role:
- Lead Strategic Sourcing and Procurement for Space & Occupancy
- Drive commercial negotiations to optimize cost and value
- Oversee Contract Management
- Ensure strong commercial, legal and compliance governance
- Partner with global stakeholders to deliver consistent sourcing outcomes {D

What you'll bring to the role:
- 10+ years of sourcing/procurement experience (Real Estate/Construction)
- Strong commercial and contract negotiation expertise
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Ariba and Excel/Power Point
- Solid understanding of global sourcing and vendor management
- Strong stakeholder management across business, legal, and finance
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong communication skills
