The incumbent will be required to Monitor and drive Finance Transformation projects for NTT Data and its affiliates, ultimately lead to the successful completion of the projects\n\n| \n| \n\nEssential\n\n| \n\nDesirable\n\n| \n \nEducation Background\n\n| \n\nGraduate in Commerce. MBA (Finance)\n\n| \n\n| \n \nWork Experience\n\n| \n\n15-18 years Total Experience, out of which at least 6 - 8 Years in Finance domain Transitions\n\n| \n\nGlobal experience of working with teams across Geographies will be given preference\n\n| \n \nKey Responsibilities\n\n| \n\nRequired Skills / Responsibilities (Technical)\n\n * Ability to design End State Global Finance Processes; In-depth Knowledge of End-to-End Transitions, Stable state Transformation \n * Ability to drive Process Migration / Transition Projects. Should have done at least 5-10 transition projects.\n * Track the Projects \u0026 capture Cost savings from Process Improvement projects \n * Liaison with various Global support teams (IT, HR, Finance) \u0026 External Vendors (whenever required)\n * Standardization of F\u0026A processes across teams / geographies and identifying areas of improvement.\n * Standardization of F\u0026A processes across teams / geographies and identifying areas of improvement.\n * Report the project status, along with the above-mentioned issues, to the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner based on urgency and importance.\n\n\n\nRequired Skills / Responsibilities (Project Management)\n\n * Develop and be accountable for Project work plans, ensuring all tasks are delivered in a timely/cost effective manner, anticipating scope issues and obtaining agreement on changes to work plan \n * Identify opportunities for the team to own greater responsibilities and create transition plans where required. \n * To ensure process excellence in business process design, re-engineering and management to system implementation\n * Enable development of unique execution frameworks, bundling of technology \u0026 process to accelerate strategy execution\n\n\n * Analyze common processing mistakes (internal \u0026 external), do root cause analysis and assist in the development of training materials and delivery of presentations\n * Develop and be accountable for Project work plans, ensuring all tasks are delivered in a timely/cost effective manner, anticipating scope issues and obtaining agreement on changes to work plan\n * Manage Escalations, identify root cause and come up process improvement and put controls in place.\n\n| \n \nKey Performance Parameters\n\n| | \n \nEssential Knowledge and Analytical Skills\n\n| \n\nMS Word/Excel/Outlook/Visio\n\n| \n \nFluent in business English; both written and verbal communication skills essential\n\n| \n \nManagerial and Soft Skills\n\n| \n\nOpen to work in Flexible Shifts \u0026 Hybrid Work Environment\n\n| \n \nExtended hours may be required in meet deadlines.
