Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven recruiting director to lead our recruitment efforts and build a talent base across different teams. The Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies to attract top talent, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. This is a Night/US shift role.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract candidates for various positions within the company.
- Oversee and own the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews.
- Develop best practices for speed to hire - quality and diversity in hiring. Be a continual learner of available tools in the talent acquisition space including AI apps.
- Create a standard process for the end to end recruitment for secure-centric.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time to fill, cost per hire, and quality of hire, to measure the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
- Keep on vetting talent for various roles to increase bench strength.
