Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven recruiting director to lead our recruitment efforts and build a talent base across different teams. The Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies to attract top talent, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. This is a Night/US shift role.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract candidates for various positions within the company.
2. Oversee and own the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews.
3. Develop best practices for speed to hire - quality and diversity in hiring. Be a continual learner of available tools in the talent acquisition space including AI apps.
4. Create a standard process for the end to end recruitment for secure-centric.
5. Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time to fill, cost per hire, and quality of hire, to measure the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
6. Keep on vetting talent for various roles to increase bench strength.
