Job Description - Director, University Campus

Job Summary:

As a Campus Admin Director, the incumbent will be responsible for efficient administrative function and working of the University Campus. The Director will own service delivery functions (housekeeping, transport, travel, infirmary, front office, and office space) while setting and meeting customer expectations and keeping compliance as the backbone of the function.

Role and Responsibilities:

Improve efficiency and quality in delivering admin services to students, faculty and staff

Develop departmental goals and objectives

Ensure that the service capability is up to date on and compliant with laws and regulations

Prepare and monitor budgets and spending to ensure departments operate within funding limits

Communicate with members of the university leadership, department heads and student body

Work closely with all service providers

Anticipate and plan for university requirements

Create a student and faculty focused organization. Develop a strong, reliable, efficient team

Drive service excellence through people, process and tools.

Ensure healthy, safe and respectful work environment for all workers

Create scalable processes and practices

High level of availability expected (24/7)

Roles person will interact with:

The Students, Staff and Faculty

All service delivery team heads

Third party Service providers

Government agencies and Departments for compliance and liaison
