Job Description - Disconnect, Team Leader

Role Purpose 


We are seeking a skilled and motivated Disconnect Analyst to join our Disconnect team, this role will be based in Pune. As the principal customer and vendor contact for orders in the disconnect process you will be responsible for upkeeping the standards of excellence that EXA customers and vendors have come to expect. You will be the liaison between various departments within the wider operational team, and across the EXA organization. You will be responsible for supporting all admin aspects of the  disconnect process using EXAs CRM Salesforce. Handling complex situations when they arise and reporting to your line manager. The successful applicant will possess strong admin, demonstrating a can-do attitude with a good eye for detail, and the ability to work to tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting daily with clients, vendors, and all key stakeholders to ensure a smooth disconnect process.  



Key responsibilities 



  • Be a team player in a cross functional role. Coordinate all disconnect related tasks using EXA CRM Salesforce. Be responsible for deciding how to approach tasks and develop a plan to accomplish them.  



  • Manage multiple system tasks and varying work volumes simultaneously and prioritise accordingly from order receipt to order deactivation.     



  • Creation of Disconnect orders in Sales Force adhering to our Disconnect Process   



  • Engaging with 3rd party Vendors to ensure same day Client/Vendor disconnects are met.   



  • Calculation of customer ETL charges  



  • Identify and help implement improvements to drive our current Disconnect Process   



  • Document process changes when needed   



  • Raising decommissioning Tasks on a daily basis to the required Teams.   



  • Provide support to your line Manager and wider Team when   



  • Provide weekly reports on Customer and Vendor disconnects   



  • Enter notes and other items related to the activities taking place during the order life cycle to ensure proper tracking of the order by all internal stakeholders.  



  • Coordinate and work with design engineering and field engineering departments when

  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

Essential Criteria  



  • Fluent written & spoken English  



  • Experience in data entry   



  • Experience in a customer facing role with strong customer service ethos  



  • Good knowledge and preferable experience of using CRM Systems   


  


Desirable Criteria  



  • Knowledge of Telecoms an advantage  



  • Salesforce experience an advantage  



  • Presentation or project tracking experience an advantage
