Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch Operations: Plan, schedule, and execute daily product dispatches to meet order delivery schedules and SLAs.
  

• Order Packaging & Inspection: Supervise picking, packing, and labeling of goods to ensure items are secure, correct, and undamaged prior to dispatch.
  

• Logistics & Partner Coordination: Coordinate with courier partners, local transport providers, and drivers to assign routes and optimize delivery schedules.
  

• Documentation & ERP Record Keeping: Generate invoice copies, delivery challans, goods transport notes, and update dispatch details in the inventory software/ERP.
  

• Inventory & Stock Reconciliation: Verify dispatch quantities against physical stock and order manifests to prevent shipping errors or inventory mismatches.
  

• Shipment Tracking & Resolution: Track outgoing shipments, resolve in-transit issues, and address return/failed delivery management (RTOs).

equirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of work experience in dispatch management, logistics, or warehouse operations.
  

• Industry Experience: Background in e-commerce, retail logistics, furniture, or FMCG environments preferred.
  

• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of ERP/inventory systems, warehouse management software (WMS), and Microsoft Excel.
  

• Soft Skills: Strong organizational abilities, problem-solving skills, and effective communication skills to handle transporter and vendor interactions.
