District Coordinator

We are looking for a District Coordinator to support
the implementation of AI driven solutions in health sector. The role involves
coordinating with Health Providers like CHO’s/GNM/ANM and ASHA’s, stakeholder
collaboration, data management, and mentoring block-level teams. 

1. Program Implementation

• Provide
  on‑ground support to facilitate effective implementation of AI‑driven
  health solutions across assigned districts.
  
• Monitor
  and track progress of deployed solutions to ensure timely, efficient, and
  high‑quality implementation.
  
• Conduct
  regular field visits to support frontline activities and proactively
  troubleshoot operational and technology‑related challenges.
  

2. Health Systems Knowledge

• Strong
  understanding of child health programs, TB initiatives, HBNC and community‑based
  interventions.
  

3. ASHA Engagement & Community Coordination

• Experience
  in mentoring and supervising Accredited Social Health Activists (ASHAs) to
  improve HBNC visits, immunization coverage, and TB screening outputs.
  
• Build
  culturally sensitive and inclusive approaches to ensure equitable
  participation.
  

5. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

• Liaise
  effectively with District/Sub‑Divisional Administration, Health
  Department, and development partners.
  
• Build
  and maintain partnerships to enhance program visibility, credibility, and
  impact.
  
• Align
  interventions with state and national health priorities through
  collaborative engagement.
  

8. Monitoring & Evaluation

• Track
  ASHA performance, analyze field data, and provide actionable feedback to
  improve service delivery.
  
• Conduct
  regular field visits to assess program implementation and provide ongoing
  guidance.
  
• Provide
  supportive supervision to block‑level teams, ensuring adherence to program
  guidelines and objectives.

10. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

• Document
  success stories, best practices, and innovative approaches to showcase
  program impact.
  
• Share
  insights and case studies with the State Program Team for broader
  knowledge dissemination.
  

11. Risk Management

• Identify
  potential risks to program implementation and develop corrective actions
  to address challenges effectively.
  
• Undertake
  additional responsibilities, as assigned, to ensure successful achievement
  of program objectives.
  

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Graduate degree with at
  least 3 years of work experience in the health sector or A Master’s degree
  in Public Health, Social Work, Social Sciences, Media & Communication,
  Rural Development, or a related field from a reputed university/institute
  is preferred.
  
• Professional Experience: 2–5 years of experience
  managing district‑level health programs, including ASHAs, HBNC, and
  immunization initiatives — preferably with the Government of Nagaland.
  
• Program Management Expertise: 3–5 years of
  demonstrated experience in program management, with strong skills in
  planning, monitoring, and evaluating community‑based interventions.
  
• Health Systems Familiarity: In‑depth knowledge of
  national and state health programs, with proven experience in engaging and
  supporting ASHAs.
  
• Teamwork & Collaboration: Ability to work
  effectively in multi‑disciplinary teams, analyze reports, and engage with
  grassroots organizations to strengthen program delivery.
  

 Location: Kohima with regular travel to Dimapur
