As a District Manager, you will be responsible for managing agency sales operations, recruiting and developing insurance advisors, driving productivity, and ensuring achievement of business targets. The role requires strong leadership capabilities, relationship management skills, and the ability to create sustainable growth through effective channel expansion and team performance management.
The ideal candidate should be highly energetic, sales-focused, and capable of managing field operations in a competitive and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with branch teams, advisors, and channel partners to strengthen customer acquisition and improve overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities
Drive insurance sales growth through the Agency Channel within the assigned district
Recruit, train, and develop insurance advisors and agency partners to build a productive sales network
Manage and motivate agency teams to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets
Develop and implement district-level sales strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue generation
Conduct regular field visits, joint sales calls, and performance reviews with advisors and branch teams
Build strong relationships with advisors, customers, and channel stakeholders to improve retention and productivity
Monitor sales performance, business metrics, and advisor productivity to identify improvement opportunities
Ensure effective lead management, customer servicing, and policy conversion across the sales funnel
Support advisors in customer acquisition, product pitching, and closing high-value insurance opportunities
Conduct training sessions and mentoring programs to enhance advisor capability and sales effectiveness
Ensure compliance with company policies, insurance regulations, and operational processes
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to improve business strategies
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless policy issuance, claims support, and customer service delivery
Maintain strong reporting discipline and provide regular business updates to leadership teams
What Makes You a Great Fit
Minimum 2+ years of experience in insurance sales, agency channel management, or district sales operations
Strong understanding of life insurance products, agency sales models, and field sales processes
Proven experience in managing advisor networks and achieving sales targets
Excellent leadership, team management, and motivational skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Ability to drive field execution and manage multiple sales activities simultaneously
