DLT - Senior Engineering Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Engineering Manager to lead and mentor high -performing engineering teams while driving the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Java -based technologies and Angular, combined with proven leadership experience in managing software engineering teams and delivering complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage multiple software engineering teams.
  
• Drive end -to -end software development lifecycle activities, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  
• Provide technical leadership for enterprise -grade applications built using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
  
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and delivery plans.
  
• Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, coding standards, security guidelines, and quality processes.
  
• Oversee project execution, resource allocation, risk management, and timely delivery of projects.
  
• Conduct performance reviews, career development planning, and team -building initiatives.
  
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies.
  
• Resolve technical challenges and provide architectural guidance to development teams.
  
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the engineering organization.
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• 15–18 years of experience in software development and engineering leadership roles.
  
• Strong hands -on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Angular.
  
• Proven experience managing and leading engineering teams in enterprise software environments.
  
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable application development.
  
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project delivery management.
  
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  
• Experience with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development tools is highly preferred.
  

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in Microservices Architecture.
  
• Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Strong problem -solving and decision -making abilities.
  
• Ability to manage cross -functional teams and multiple concurrent projects.
