This Position reports to:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure the implementation, maintenance, and compliance of the purchasing and logistics-related activities in the Procurement function to support the businesses. Each day, you will execute assigned activities as per ABB standard procedures. You will also showcase your expertise by delivering and participating in training programs as required to ensure compliance and to foster professional development.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid # LI

This role is contributing to Process Automation Business in Bangalore Location.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Maintain the document flow throughout all the project phases within ABB, towards the sub-suppliers and the customer
• Import metadata from on a predefined system template for all delivery documents
• Maintain and update the metadata and the files for all revisions (native and rendition) in the document management system
• Upload files to the customer’s document management solution
• Generate and issue transmittals and/or notifications
• Generate and distribute reports (standard and project specific)
• Check if delivery documents are according to the valid document list and customer specifications

Qualification for the role :

• BE / B-Tech with 3-5 years of exp in Managing Documentation.
• Manage documents in accordance with ABB Internal Procedures and customer requirements
• Configure the project document management system in cooperation with the PM of the project assigned
• Advise and instruct the project team in project specific document management requirements
• Provide planned ad-hoc trainings to the project members in cooperation with the DC Training Responsible
• Implement the documentation requirements towards sub-suppliers
• Prepare and distribute document and drawing templates.
