We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven B2B Sales professional to drive domestic business growth by identifying, pitching, and closing opportunities across sports organizations, brands, broadcasters, digital platforms, and corporate partners. This is a front-end revenue role focused on consultative selling, client engagement, and converting high-value opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Outreach & Opportunity Generation
Identify and generate new B2B opportunities across sports, media, technology, and corporate sectors
Build targeted prospect lists and initiate outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and meetings aligned with revenue goals
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Lead client meetings, discovery sessions, and business presentations
Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients
Represent the organization confidently in all client-facing interactions
Pitching & Solution Selling
Develop compelling pitch decks and customized proposals based on client needs
Understand client objectives and offer tailored solutions across fan engagement, sports data, content, gaming, and digital platforms
Clearly articulate value propositions and business impact
Commercial Negotiation & Closure
Drive proposal discussions, pricing negotiations, and contract closures
Collaborate internally to ensure timely delivery of proposals and documentation
Maintain consistent follow-ups to move deals through the pipeline
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product, Marketing, Content, and Technology teams to create effective go-to-market strategies
Support development of sales collateral and campaign initiatives
Market Intelligence
Monitor industry trends, sponsorship movements, and emerging opportunities within the sports ecosystem
Stay updated on key stakeholders, decision-makers, and market dynamics
Experience & Qualifications:
2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Client Servicing, or Sports Marketing
Background in sports, media, SaaS, or technology-driven businesses preferred
Proven experience in client-facing roles, pitching, and achieving sales targets
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
Core Skills:
Strong communication and presentation skills
Expertise in consultative selling and proposal creation
Ability to lead client discussions and influence decision-making
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Commercial acumen with negotiation and closing capabilities
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting processes

Energetic, persuasive, and confident personality
