Draftsman (Civil & MEP)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Draftsman (Civil & MEP) with 2–3 years of experience to support our design and engineering teams. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate civil, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) drawings for luxury residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed civil, structural, and MEP drawings as per project requirements.
  

• Convert architectural and engineering concepts into accurate technical drawings.
  

• Work closely with design engineers and architects to ensure design accuracy.
  

• Assist in preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings.
  

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and company quality requirements.
  

• Update and revise drawings based on feedback from engineers and site teams.
  

• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.
  

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering/Drafting or equivalent.
  

• 2–3 years of experience in drafting for civil and MEP works.
  

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and drafting software (knowledge of Revit is an advantage).
  

• Good understanding of MEP layouts, civil drawings, and coordination drawings.
  

• Attention to detail and accuracy in drawings.
  

• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
