Job Summary:

We're looking for a skilled and passionate Drawing Faculty with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience. The ideal candidate should have expertise in illustration, digital painting, and matte painting, with proficiency in Photoshop. Effective communication skills in both Telugu and English are essential, and knowledge of Hindi is a valuable added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teaching and Mentoring: Design and deliver engaging drawing classes for diploma students, focusing on illustration, digital painting, and matte painting techniques.

2. Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and refinement of the drawing curriculum, ensuring it aligns with industry standards and student needs.

3. Student Assessment: Evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain records of student performance.

4. Industry Insights: Share industry trends, best practices, and real-world experiences with students to enhance their understanding of the field.

5. Communication: Effectively communicate with students and colleagues, in Telugu and English.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a relevant field, preferably in a multimedia or art-related institution.

2. Proficiency in illustration and digital painting, with expertise in Photoshop.

3. Experience in matte painting and digital painting techniques.

4. Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu. Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.

5. Strong portfolio showcasing artistic skills and teaching philosophy.
