Drone Pilot

• Flying Drones for Various
  activities as per standard operating procedures laid out by DGCA and other
  regulatory bodies.
  
• Data acquisition as per client
  requirements and reporting deliverables.
  
• Should be capable of handling
  any basic technical issues related to Drones.
  
• Should be smart in deciding
  whether to fly the Drone in Manual Mode or Autonomous mode.
  
• Should maintain a record of all
  the activities performed during the day/week/month.
  
• Should report to the Team Head
  regarding any issues faced during the daily activities.
  
• Visit the client site and remain
  deployed for field requirements as per the schedule provided by the client and
  planned by operations for the entire tenure of the project cycle.
  
• Ensure safety standards and
  practices of safe flying during on -site assignment jobs.
  
• Duties will include Analyse
  weather forecasts, maintaining drones, planning flight paths, performing missions,
  Navigating drones along designated paths, assembling maps, and gathering data,
  footage, and digital images.
  
• Gather information or produce
  aerial data, as needed perform equipment testing, troubleshooting, calibration,
  and Maintenance.
  
• Research and implement new
  techniques throughout PIS for providing better services to clients.
  
• Ready to learn new concepts, and
  set up new SOP to mitigate risks.
  
• Any/all other services required
  by the company related to the Job
  

Requirements

• 10+2 / ITI / Diploma / Any Graduation / Any Engineering
  
• Should have basic knowledge about Drones.
  
• Should be ready to work in the Drone area.
  
• Should have atleast 6 months experience flying multi -rotor drones (Small / Medium Category).
  
• Should be a fast learner.
  
• Should be a team player.
  
• Strong problem -solving ability.
  
• Should be ready for travel across India for Drone operations.
  
• Experience in planning autonomous missions
  
• Documentation skills for Flight Logs and test reports of tuning and mission flights.
  
• Knowledge of the National Airspace System, Drone Rules and Regulations, Digital Sky platform, etc.
