Job Description - DSA Mentor

As a Course Mentor at GeeksforGeeks, you will guide students through structured lesson plans
focused on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA). You will provide real -world examples, contribute to
curriculum development, and help students grasp complex concepts. Your role will involve maintaining
student engagement and supporting their growth into proficient developers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead cohorts by delivering structured lesson plans on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA)
Share insights and practical knowledge through live projects and problem -solving sessions.
Communicate effectively with a diverse group of students.
Offer additional challenges to keep high -performing students engaged.
Provide career advice and support based on your own experience in the field.
Review and contribute to content creation.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).
At least 2 years of experience as an instructor or mentor in related field.
Experience with practical applications and problem -solving in DSA.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage a diverse student base.
Willingness to explore and implement effective teaching practices.
A genuine desire to help students learn and succeed.
Ability to provide additional challenges and support for top -performing students.
