About the Role:
This role involves managing end -to -end hiring, employee onboarding, and core HR
operations while ensuring full statutory compliance, including ESI and PF. You will support
the company’s growing workforce, maintain accurate records, and work closely with
leadership to build a smooth, compliant, and employee -friendly HR environment.
Recruitment & Onboarding
â Manage end -to -end hiring: sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection.
â Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities, and employee onboarding.
â Maintain hiring trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
HR Operations
â Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
â Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and workplace discipline.
â Implement HR policies and ensure smooth day -to -day HR operations.
Statutory Compliance
â Handle all ESI, PF registrations, filings, monthly contributions, and documentation.
â Ensure compliance with labour laws, Shops & Establishment Act, minimum wage
rules, etc.
â Liaise with auditors, consultants, and government authorities during inspections and
audits.
General HR Support
â Prepare HR reports, MIS, and compliance dashboards.
â Coordinate with department heads and leadership for manpower planning.
â Assist in training initiatives and employee communication.
Desired Skills
â Strong knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance (ESI, PF, labour laws).
â Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
â Ability to manage end -to -end recruitment and handle multiple HR tasks
independently.
Qualification
BBA or MBA in HR
Working Days
Working Days Monday to Saturday (Full -time, on -site)
