Description
As the Senior Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the seamless operation of the OneERP landscape (SAP S/4HANA) across Group Functions. Your expertise in program management and Finance processes will be pivotal in this role, as you navigate complex projects and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery and governance of the OneERP landscape, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement of Finance processes, including FI, CO, Asset Accounting, COPA, and Product Costing.
Act as the primary point of contact and key interface between DTICI (India), DTAG (Germany), and business stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
Conduct regular reviews and assessments of the OneERP landscape, identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practices.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining a high level of data integrity and security.
Manage and mentor a team of functional and technical leads, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential risks and challenges, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in ERP systems, Finance processes, and emerging technologies.
Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team, encouraging creative problem-solving and knowledge sharing.
Own the end-to-end performance management cycle for the OneERP team, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and drive improvement plans where required
- Own and manage the annual budget for OneERP operations, including Run & Maintenance and RMT delivery
- Plan and track OPEX/CAPEX, ensuring adherence to approved financial targets

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, with a strong background in Finance and ERP systems.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record in leading complex projects and initiatives.
Deep understanding of Finance processes, including FI, CO, Asset Accounting, COPA, and Product Costing, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Experience working in a global, matrix-structured organization, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA or other leading ERP systems, with a solid understanding of their architecture and functionality.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, able to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs and requirements.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required by the role and project demands.
