• Responsible for orchestrating, governing, and optimizing IT service delivery across multiple SIAM engagements.
• Ensure proper documentation of process are maintained according to framework and standards. 
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders within Daimler truck. 
• Lead service improvement initiatives to deliver value.
• Complete responsibility for managing metrics, quality, cost and deliveries in line with owned products. 
• Build a culture of continuous service improvements and encourage the team to adopt new technologies in the market.
• Act as the primary operational escalation point for cross‑vendor incidents, problems, and service risks
• Chair and drive operational governance forums (Ops Reviews, Service Reviews, SIAM working groups).
• Responsible for collaboration and communication during critical service situations.
• Own the end-to-end Software Asset Management lifecycle. Lead the license operations team on daily operations.

Profile

• 15+ years of experience in IT Service Management, Service Integration in multi-vendor model.
• 5+ years of experience in software license management.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in people and vendor management.
• High level Proficiency with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) 
• Ability to interpret service metrics and drive corrective actions
• Clear and effective communication to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and facilitate collaboration between teams.  
• Inspiring and motivating teams, providing guidance, resolving conflicts, and driving performance towards organizational goals.
• Analyzing complex issues, identifying root causes, and developing innovative solutions to overcome challenges.
• Flexibility and openness to embrace new technologies and methodologies to meet evolving organizational needs.
