Duty Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at our premium resort located in Bekal, Kerala. The ideal candidate must currently be serving as a Duty Manager or have held this position for at least one year in a resort environment. This opportunity is positioned as a lateral move, offering professional growth without a hierarchical shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure a seamless guest experience.
  

• Coordinate between various departments to maintain high service standards.
  

• Manage guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  

• Monitor staff performance and support team members in meeting service goals.
  

• Maintain compliance with resort policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  

• Assist in staff training and development initiatives.
  

Candidate Requirements

• Current or prior experience as a Duty Manager in a resort setting for a minimum of 1 year.
  

• This role is a parallel transition, not a step-down or significant promotion.
  

• Strong preference for candidates from reputed hotel and resort brands such as Evolve Back, Mahindra Holidays, Sterling Holidays, or similar.
  

• Must be willing to relocate to Bekal, Kasaragod District, Kerala.
  

• Language Proficiency:
  

  • Mandatory: Fluent in Hindi and English
    

  • Desirable: Working knowledge of Malayalam or any other Indian language
