Job Description:
- Proactive email and telephone communication with foreign customers/agents regarding overdue invoices;
- Generating and sending account statements from the SAP accounting system to entrusted customers;
- Escalating unpaid invoices to the issuer within different countries
- Adding clients to the "cockpit" according to the instructions of the superior
Language skills:
English language - Advanced (B2)
Personal requirements and skills:
- An advanced level of English language knowledge (written, oral) is a requirement.
- English will be tested during the interview.
- Independence, responsibility, flexibility and proactive approach to assigned tasks
