Job Title: Dynamics AX

Duration: 6 months

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and management of the migration project from Dynamics AX 2012 to Dynamics 365, ensuring minimal disruption to our production environment.
• Conduct a thorough analysis and assessment of the current AX 2012 setup to identify customization, integration points, and data migration needs
• Design and implement robust migration strategies, including data integrity validation, performance tuning, and post-migration support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, supply chain, and operations, to ensure business continuity and alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the migration team, including setting objectives, reviewing progress, and addressing challenges
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the migration process, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments
• Stay abreast of updates and new features in Dynamics 365 to leverage improvements and innovations that benefit the organization
• Train and support users on the new system functionalities and changes to ensure a smooth transition and adoption.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Dynamics AX and Dynamics 365 environments, with specific expertise in migration projects.
• Strong understanding of the technical and functional aspects of AX 2012 and Dynamics 365.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale migration projects, with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to lead and motivate teams.
• Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are highly desirable.
