Job Description - E Tender Executive

Salary is up to 20000 .

Key Responsibilities:-

Search, identify, and track relevant government and private e-tender opportunities

Coordinate internally to collect required technical and commercial inputs for bid submissions.

Prepare, compile, and submit technical and financial bids accurately and on time.

Monitor tender status, respond to queries, and manage documentation for clarifications, corrigenda, and amendments.

Ensure compliance with all eligibility criteria, terms & conditions, and documentation requirements.

Maintain a database of tenders submitted, awarded, lost, and reasons for rejection (if any).

Coordinate with departments like production, logistics, and finance for post-tender activities such as order execution, payment follow-ups, etc.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:-

Graduate in any discipline (preferred: B.Com, BBA, or related fields); additional certification in tender management is a plus.

2–4 years of experience in e-tendering, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.

Good knowledge of GeM, CPPP, and other state/national e-procurement portals.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong MS Office skills (especially Word, Excel, and PDF tools).

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines.
