First, executive partnership: You will serve as the Director’s right hand, anticipating needs, coordinating
high -stakes meetings, and enabling swift decision -making. Next, digital leadership: You’ll harness AI
tools to streamline operations, transforming daily processes into smooth, tech -enabled workflows. Also,
strategic organization: You’ll curate and structure critical data—from customer insights to design
archives—ensuring seamless access and actionable intelligence.
Who You Are:
You have 2 -3 years of high -level executive support experience, complemented by a master’s degree.
(commerce or related field). You are fluent in English and Hindi, and if you know Kannada, that’s a
bonus. More importantly, you’re an AI enthusiast—comfortable adopting smart tools to elevate
productivity. Your organizational prowess, discretion, and strategic mindset make you a trusted
confidante at the leadership level.

Working Hours & Leave Policy :
Working hours: 8:45 AM to 6:45 PM, six days a week.
The position demands a high level of dedication and availability. Leave may be availed only on a limited
basis for genuine emergencies, subject to prior approval wherever applicable.
Work Schedule
Physical presence in Office will be required during the GM’s availability in the city. During the GM’s
travel period, duties may remain suspended (It will be considered PL - Privilege Leave) unless remote
support is specifically required.
