Job Summary :

To provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Operations Cluster Head, ensuring timely execution of strategic initiatives, compliance with organizational processes, and effective coordination across regional sites.

Key responsibilities:

1. Financial Perspective

• Gather and review Site KPIs monthly; identify out-of-trend KPIs and communicate corrective actions to relevant sites.


• Ensure KPI review with Regional Head within 20 working days of the current month.


• Monitor Active Capex projects for the Financial Year, ensuring timely initiation and adherence to approved schedules.

2. Customer Perspective

• Facilitate timely approval of Capex, ADN, ATS, MDN, Track-wise PRs, and Aspire ideas within 1 day post Regional Head’s go-ahead.


• Coordinate with sites for R&D and SGO work plans; ensure Opex and Capex planning within stipulated timelines.


• Track and report Demand vs Commit (85%) and Commit vs Supply (95%) metrics.

3. Process Improvement

• Manage MIS reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) for SGO cluster within defined timelines.


• Maintain compliance tracker for Management Review Meeting action items for cluster sites; ensure timely communication and closure.

4. People Development

• Organize cluster meetings (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly) as per schedule with Regional Head.


• Support team engagement initiatives and assist in coordination of training programs.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.


• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration or related field.

Experience

Tenure:  5+ years of experience in executive support or operations coordination. Exposure to  manufacturing /operations environment preferred.
