Early Careers : 2027 Management Trainee Program - Corporate Risk & Broking- Multiple Location

Our 12-month program will see you undertaking rotational assignments across our diverse CRB business. Working with and learning from our industry-leading consultants, you will.

• Gain exposure to local and global clients in industries ranging from renewable energy, financial institutions, construction and technology to name a few.
• Grow your skills and knowledge through a full induction, on-the-job training and our ongoing study support
• Develop risk -advisory and consulting, client-facing and technical skills on meaningful projects
• Support senior leaders in the development and implementation of new strategies and products 
• Build relationships with colleagues around the world and develop a strong network 

The requirements 

Many of the greatest ideas and discoveries come from a diverse mix of minds, backgrounds and experiences, so we welcome applications from any degree discipline and every university or college. To start building your future career with us, you will need to be:

• PGDM or MBA qualified in the insurance domain or an equivalent field
• Eager to learn and explore our business
• Ready to develop your technical knowledge and professional skills
• Able to build and maintain positive relationships
• Holding a CGPA of 6.5 or above 
• Graduating in 2026
