Summary

• Collaborate with lead teachers to plan and deliver engaging, age -appropriate activities based on the Cambridge Early Years curriculum and NTT guidelines.
  
• Support individualized learning plans for children with diverse needs, ensuring inclusive participation and equitable access to learning opportunities.
  
• Support learning activities including storytelling, phonics, rhymes, numeracy, and play -based learning.
  
• Observe and document children’s learning, behavior, and development.
  
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment.
  
• Support classroom routines, student care, hygiene, and safety.
  
• Prepare teaching materials, activity resources, and classroom setups.
  
• Assist in assessments, portfolios, and school activities.
  
• Collaborate with teachers and maintain effective communication.
  

• Proven experience (2–5 years) in early years education, preferably within a Cambridge curriculum or internationally recognized framework.
  
• Strong understanding of child development stages and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
  
• Patient, caring, and nurturing approach towards children.   
  
• Ability to support activity -based and child -centred learning.
