eAxle System Engineer Customer (onsite)_Pune_Deputy Manager

This position is responsible to act as SPOC to customer for eAxle customer projects engineering activities at the customer location (mainly Pune) 

Activities involve:

• Actively engaging customers for engineering discussions during the acquisition phase (RFQ analysis, P2P response, Product pitch etc)
• Provide required engineering support at customer site over the project development cycle
• Carryout eAxle related measurements on the vehicle and derive conclusion basis the analyse of the data
• Provide support to cross functional teams of manufacturing, purchase and quality onsite locations
• Actively derive engineering activities, synergy with the base team at Bosch Bengaluru 

Bachelors in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Automotive Engineering with >8 years experience in automotive system engineering activities with focus on in electrification. Candidates having work experience in leading OEMs is preferred.  

Key Skills:

• Work experience of electrification domain with focus on electric powertrain system engineering
• Work experience of cross domains of mechanical, electrical and electronics 

• Knowledge of electric powertrain product engineering methodology 

• Knowledge of electric powertrain product functional and environmental testing including data acquisition tools usage

• Good Analytical and Problem-solving skills
• Person to be pro-active, methodical, team player, have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Role requires work from office and travel to customer and Bosch engineering locations
