MANDATORY REQUIREMENT


• Sales - Business Development & Market Growth
• General Insurance / Insurance broking
• Experience into GMC, GPA, GTL, Critical Illness, OPD, Wellness - OPD, annual Health check, Occupational Health, Retiral benefits- NPS , Gratuity , PF, Leave Encashment, Flexible Benefits (FBP)
• Minimum 1 years of experience in Sales and EB Products

Our client is one of India's leading IRDAI-licensed Composite Insurance Brokers, offering corporate insurance, retail insurance, reinsurance, employee benefits, and risk management consulting services.


JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES


• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Employee Benefits, Wellbeing, and Consulting solutions.Build and manage a robust sales pipeline. Generate opportunities through networking, referrals, market outreach, industry events, and relationship building.
• Develop strategic relationships within the HR and Rewards community.
• Drive the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure.
• Stay informed on emerging trends within employee benefits, wellbeing, and employee experience.
• Represent EDME at HR forums, conferences, and networking events.
• Contribute to EDME's thought leadership initiatives.
• Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills.
• Are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Have the drive to build something meaningful and grow with the organization.


QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE


• Any Graduate / Post Graduate
