Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and driven E-Commerce Executive with at least 2 years of experience in managing online marketplaces and driving sales through paid and organic strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about digital commerce, online sales optimization, and end-to-end account management.
As an E-Commerce Executive, you will be responsible for handling client accounts across multiple platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Flipkart, and Channel Advisor. You will actively monitor product listings, manage inventory, plan promotional campaigns, and optimize PPC (Pay-Per-Click) ads to drive business growth. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt communication, task execution, and strategic planning for revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Management: Handle and manage client accounts across various e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Flipkart, and Channel Advisor. Ensure listings are accurate, updated, and optimized for visibility and conversions.
Inventory Management: Oversee e-commerce inventory levels to prevent stock-outs or overstock situations. Ensure synchronization between platforms and accurate stock reflections.
Paid Campaigns & PPC Optimization: Create, monitor, and continually optimize PPC ad campaigns across platforms to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). Analyze performance and make data-driven decisions for better conversions and customer reach.
Product Research & Keyword Analysis: Perform regular keyword research, product and competitor analysis to enhance product positioning. Identify high-performing keywords and align product listings and ads accordingly.
Client Communication: Maintain professional and timely communication with clients via emails and calls. Provide regular updates, campaign reports, and insights. Execute all assigned tasks within deadlines.
Promotions & Strategy: Proactively identify and execute promotional activities such as deals, discounts, and cross-channel marketing to drive sales and expand reach. Design growth strategies tailored to client business objectives.
Data Handling & Reporting: Work seamlessly with Excel and Google Sheets to manage data, maintain records, and generate reports for both internal and client use. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with other team members and departments to coordinate efforts, share knowledge, and implement best practices. Be a team player willing to learn and adapt.
Learning & Development: Stay updated on the latest trends, features, and updates in the e-commerce domain. Engage in self-learning and online research to enhance skills and bring innovative ideas to the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms
Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central
Proficient in PPC campaign setup and optimization
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
Proactive mindset with problem-solving capabilities
Self-driven with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Bonus: Experience with digital marketing tools or platforms
