This role is not a desk-only job. You’ll be at the heart of e-commerce operations, content creation, and on-ground brand activity.

The Role

As an E-commerce Executive, you’ll manage online store operations while also creating product content, shooting photos/videos, and supporting exhibitions. You’ll work closely with founders, designers, and marketers — learning how real brands are built from scratch and scaled.

What You’ll Do

E-commerce & Store Operations

• 
  

  Manage daily website operations (products, pricing, banners, collections)

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate product uploads, launches, and promotions

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure smooth order flow and customer experience

  
  

Content Creation (Very Important)

• 
  

  Do basic to intermediate product photography (mobile or camera)

  
  


• 
  

  Create Instagram reels, short videos, and WhatsApp content

  
  


• 
  

  Capture behind-the-scenes and live content during shoots and exhibitions

  
  

Growth & Marketing Support

• 
  

  Support digital marketing campaigns (social, WhatsApp, email)

  
  


• 
  

  Assist in SEO-friendly product content and performance tracking

  
  


• 
  

  Analyze what’s working and suggest improvements

  
  

Exhibitions & Events (Mandatory)

• 
  

  Travel for exhibitions, pop-ups, and offline events

  
  


• 
  

  Help with stall setup, product display, and live sales support

  
  


• 
  

  Create real-time photo/video content during events
