As a Senior Executive in Performance Marketing, youll play an important role in managing and optimizing campaigns on e-commerce and website platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze Data: Study campaign performance and find ways to improve results on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.
• Manage Keywords: Track keyword performance and suggest changes to improve visibility and conversions.
• Control Budgets: Keep track of daily advertising budgets to ensure campaigns stay on target.
• Report Performance: Create weekly reports to share key results like click-through rates (CTR) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Plan Strategies: Work with the team to plan and improve marketing strategies.
• Optimize Campaigns: Make adjustments to targeting, bidding, and ads to get the best results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, especially in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.
• Good knowledge of tools like Advanced Excel and Google Analytics.
• Understanding of marketing metrics like CPC, CTR, and ROAS.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to share insights clearly.
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
