Ecommerce & Quick Commerce Lead

About the Role

We are looking for an Ecommerce & Quick Commerce Lead to spearhead the company’s B2C expansion and build a strong presence across online marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.

The company has traditionally operated in the B2B space and is now pivoting towards B2C, making this a high-ownership opportunity to build and scale the online consumer business.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the Ecommerce & Quick Commerce strategy aligned with overall B2C growth objectives.

Own the business across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and other relevant platforms.

Drive revenue, GMV, profitability, visibility and market share across online channels.

Own product listings, catalogue hygiene, assortment, pricing, promotions and online merchandising.

Identify opportunities to improve conversion, discoverability, availability and platform performance.

Track channel-level performance, consumer trends and competitive activity to drive growth.

Work closely with Brand, Marketing, Supply Chain and Sales teams to ensure availability, visibility and seamless execution.

Build strong relationships with marketplace and quick commerce partners and identify opportunities for better visibility and growth.

Develop regular channel reviews and performance dashboards to track key business metrics.

Ideal Profile

6+ years of experience in Ecommerce, Quick Commerce, D2C, FMCG or B2C businesses.

Strong understanding of marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.

Experience managing online revenue and driving channel growth.

Data-driven and commercially oriented with strong ownership and execution skills.

Experience in building/scaling a B2C business or a new online channel will be an advantage.
