Overview: We are seeking a talented and versatile E-commerce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Shopify and online marketplaces and a strong background in digital marketing, including running ads, optimizing listings, and analyzing performance metrics. This role requires technical skills, marketing expertise, and the ability to coordinate with external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Listing Management: List and optimize products on Shopify and various online marketplaces.
• Digital Marketing: Run and manage ad campaigns on Facebook, Google, and other platforms.
• SEO & Listing Optimization: Optimize product listings to improve visibility and sales.
• Coding Knowledge: Utilize basic coding skills for customizations and improvements.
• Agency Liaison: Coordinate with external agencies for Facebook and Google ads.
• WhatsApp Marketing: Develop and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
• Analytics: Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
• Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries and manage online reviews.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Shopify and online marketplaces.
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing strategies.
