Title: Economic Inclusion Program Quality and Technical Partnerships (PQTP) Specialist - India
Location: Kolkata or Delhi, India (open to other India-based locations; must have work authorization)
Duration: Initial contract will be for a period of 12 months, with possibility of extension.
Salary and benefits: The salary for this position, inclusive of benefits, is approximately US$25,000 per year, depending upon qualification and experience.
Travel: Up to 40–50% (domestic and international). Travel expenses are covered, as per Trickle Up's travel policies.
The PQTP Specialist strengthens economic inclusion quality, innovation, learning, knowledge management (KM), and technical excellence across Trickle Up, with a focus on the India and the Asia region. The role is embedded within regional and global teams, and contributes practical tools, methodologies, learning products, technical leadership, and program quality systems, to ensure that programs are aligned with global standards, while being responsive to local contexts.

Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience in technical assistance, capacity building, or strategic consulting, with technical expertise in economic inclusion, livelihoods, or graduation programming, and experience in program design and management in international development settings. Experience working with governments, donors, implementing organizations, training and facilitation, and proposal development required. Preference for expertise in one or more cross-cutting area: gender transformative programming, climate resilience, local systems strengthening, and/or digital agency.
Fluency in English and Hindi (written and verbal), required, and a willingness to travel up to 40–50%. Position priorities excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments, analytical and solution-oriented problem-solving, and excellence engaging in cross-cultural environments.
