About the Opportunity
A fast-scaling EdTech innovator empowering schools, coaching centers, and edupreneurs across India with AI-driven student engagement platforms and data-backed growth solutions. We’re on a mission to democratize access to high-impact education tech—helping 10,000+ institutions scale smarter, convert better, and retain students longer through hyper-localized B2B sales strategies and product-led growth motion.

Role & Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and onboard 50+ education institutions monthly across Tier 2/3 cities via cold outreach, events, and partner networks.


• Own end-to-end BDA cycle—from lead generation to demo scheduling, objection handling, and deal closure—hitting 95%+ activity targets.


• Map institutional decision-makers (principals, directors, founders), tailor pitches to school/college pain points, and drive pilot conversions.


• Collaborate with Product & Marketing to refine sales enablement assets based on field feedback and competitor intelligence.


• Track KPIs in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), report weekly pipeline health, and hit ₹3L+ monthly ARR targets per rep.


• Represent Mindtel at education fairs, regional summits, and school cluster meetings to build brand authority and drive inbound leads.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
