Our team builds and scales digital learning solutions for students, schools, and educators—backed by aggressive market expansion, dynamic partnerships, and AI-powered engagement engines.

Role & Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new institutional clients (schools, coaching centers, edtech platforms) across tier 2/3 cities with high growth potential.


• Design and execute hyper-localized business development strategies to drive adoption and retention of our digital learning products.


• Build and manage strong partner relationships; negotiate contracts, align on KPIs, and ensure seamless onboarding and post-sales support.


• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to co-create GTM campaigns and feature enhancements based on field feedback.


• Track, analyze, and report pipeline performance—with monthly targets, conversion rates, and churn indicators using CRM tools.


• Represent the brand at education fairs, regional summits, and school leadership meetups to amplify visibility and drive demand.
