Hiring - Tech Coach across Mumbai/Nagpur/Pune/Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & deliver cutting-edge professional development (workshops, coaching, online tutorials) to transform educators into tech-enabled educators.
• Partner with teachers to seamlessly execute the tech-integrated lesson plans, maximizing students’ and educators’ success.
• Stay ahead of the curve on educational technology trends & craft a winning strategy with the Principal/Coordinator.
• Create a Educators Tech Club, where educators explore different classroom apps
• Gather feedback & refine your approach for continuous program improvement.

Qualification & Skills:

Minimum Qualifications:

· Have completed Graduation / Post Graduation (B.Ed. or B. Tech preferred)

Experience:

• 4 to 6 years of teaching experience
• Demonstrated ability to use experiential learning in their classrooms
• Tech-savvy behavior, i.e. working on different apps for learning
• Apps - Ability to explore and imbibe new apps, especially from a student's learning point of view
• Experience in teaching multiple grades across primary, secondary and senior secondary
• Understanding of curriculum progression across multiple boards
• Open to travel across the respective city.
