EH -Atithya -L08 -ASSOCIATE - BUGGY

Operate battery -operated buggies to transport passengers between gates, terminals, and lounges.

Assist elderly, differently -abled, pregnant women, and VIPs as per service protocols.

Coordinate with terminal staff and airline ground teams to ensure timely pickup and drop -offs.

Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of the buggy at all times.

Report any vehicle malfunctions or safety issues immediately to the supervisor.

Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.

Provide courteous and professional assistance to all passengers.

Maintain trip logs and service records as required.

Ensure smooth flow of passengers while minimizing delays.

Education: Minimum 10th pass (Higher Secondary preferred)

Experience: 0–2 years in customer service or driving -related roles (preferably at airport/hospitality)

Driving License: Valid LMV license or internal buggy operation certification (training may be provided)

Skills:

• Good communication (Hindi & basic English)
  

• Polite, patient, and helpful attitude
  

• Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
