• Maintain the lounge area in a clean and tidy manner at all the times for customers.
  
• Clean the tables, pick up debris from sofas, chairs, floor, etc.
  
• Rearrange all furniture, esp. tables, sofas and chairs in a neat and tidy manner.
  
• Wipe clean all tables, sofas, chairs, shelves, cupboards, cabinets, walls, signage’s, lighting , plants, other fixtures, coolers, fridges, etc. -Sweep and mop the floor.
  
• Clean all washrooms, if any, after use and regularly.
  
• Replenish amenities in the washrooms, if any.
  
• Collect and arrange newspapers on shelves.
  
• Gather dirty linens for laundry purpose.
  
• Report defective electrical appliances, F&B equipment, etc. to Supervisor / Shift Leader – Guest Service for repair and maintenance. - Assist other staff and customers / passengers when required
  
• Vacuum Cleaning of the Carpet Floor.
  
• Polishing by Single Disk Machine – Marble Flooring.
  
• Bar and Drinks Replenishment – Help the F&B staff in Replenishment of Beverages.
  
• Toilet Areas – Deep Cleaning of the Entire Toilets
  
• Ensure to keep the area of deployment clean and tidy e.g. Reception, toilet, Lounge seating, buffet, bar, pantry etc. etc.
  
• To undertake other jobs assigned by superior from time to time
  

Requirements

• 8th/10th pass / BHM or BSc in Hotel Management from any recognized board/university.
  
• Able to be administratively self -sufficient.
  
• Able to work in fast paced environment effectively.
  
• Good Communication skills, effective problem solving skills, Reliable, Responsible, Enthusiastic, Pleasing personality Smart & tidy in appearance
  
• Preference -Hotel/Hospitality/FMCG Industry or any other related/relevant Industry.
