Maintenance Management of Lounges, Office,etc.
ï·Rountine check of
R&M Logbook.
ï·Plan, develop and
implement new methods & procedures.
ï·Ensure and
implement Safety & Security procedures.
ï·Ensure efficient
Repair Schedules
ï·Review and Manage
Repair Cost Estimates.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
(describe the major duties of the role in the order of importance)
ï·To be responsible
for the repair and maintenance works of lounges.
ï·To patrol all areas
of lounges every day and regularly to spot areas that requires
attention.
ï·To check the Repair
and Maintenance Log -Book every day and regularly and carry out
repair when necessary.
ï·To note down the
areas needing attention in the Repair and Maintenance
Log -Book.
ï·To sign, with
description, if necessary, on the Log -Book after finishing
repair.
ï·Develops preventive
maintenance program in conjunction with maintenance staff.
ï·Requisitions tools,
equipment, and supplies required for operations.
ï·Prepares department
budget and monitors expenditure of funds in budget.
ï·Plans, develops,
and implements new methods and procedures designed to improve
operations, minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilization
of labor and materials.
ï·Observes safety and
security procedures related to R&M
ï·To cooperate and
work in team towards development, implementation, maintenance
and improvement of the quality management system.
ï·To take initiative
to identify areas for improvement and participate in continual
improvement activities.
ï·To undertake other
jobs assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
(state the minimum experience, knowledge, education, language,
technical skills, travelling requirements of this position.)
•Minimum experience
of 6+years in Maintenance Management role of
Machines/Equipment’s in Hospitality/ F&B or any other
relevant/related Industry.
•Bachelor’s
Degree/Diploma in Engineering or related field.
•Strong Knowledge of
Technical aspects related to maintenance and repairing of
Equipment’s /Machineries.
•Able to be
administratively self -sufficient.
•Able to work in
fast paced environment effectively.
•Strong
Communication & leadership skills, effective problem
solving skills, Ability to develop People, Adaptable,
Technically effective.
•Is able to identify
areas for improvement in own work area, and willing and able to
make changes
•Preference -Hotel/Hospitality/FMCG Industry
or any other related/relevant Industry.
