• Conduct feasibility studies for new airport service offerings and locations. ((Lounges, Meet & Assist, VIP Services).
  
• Expand brand presence and market penetration in the airport ecosystem.
  
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with airlines, airport authorities, and corporate clients.
  
• Handle contract negotiations and RFP submissions for airport -related services.
  
• Maintain strong relationships with aviation stakeholders, airport operators.
  
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to optimize business decisions.
  

• Lead business development initiatives to secure new partnerships and revenue streams.
  
• Analyse market dynamics, passenger trends, and competitive positioning.
  
• Negotiate and finalize RFP contracts with Airport Authorities.
  
• Represent the company in key industry events, forums, and networking opportunities.
  
• Oversee sales performance metrics and optimize business strategies.
  
• Collaborate with cross -functional teams to enhance service offerings.
  

Requirements

• Experience: 8 - 12 years in Airport Hospitality, Aviation services.
  
• Education: Bachelor’s/Postgraduate Degree (A+ Business School preferred).
  
• Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning.
  
• Industry Preference: Airport Services, Luxury Hospitality, or Travel Aggregators.
  
• Technical Skills:  Financial & Market Modelling: Ability to create business models, feasibility studies, and ROI calculations.
  
• Presentation & Reporting: Expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Slides, and report generation
  
• Travel: Frequent travel for business development and client engagement.
