JOB OVERVIEW: -

Guest Management.
Up-selling of products & services.
Handling Guest Complaints.
Efficient & safe delivery of F&B orders.
Inventory Management

Requirements

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION: -

BHM/Post Graduate in hospitality or any other relevant/related field.

REQUIRED SKILLSETS: -

Proficient in English
Customer Oriented
Positive Attitude
Familiarity with Hospitality Industry Standards.
Eager to learn.
Personal grooming and etiquette
Team work
Initiative
