Job Description - EH-CH-L08-ASO - Associate - Reservations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries for reservations and bookings.

  • Provide information about availability, pricing, facilities, and services.

  • Process bookings accurately using the company’s reservation system.

  • Update and maintain customer records, booking details, and payment information.

  • Modify or cancel reservations as requested by customers, ensuring adherence to policies.

  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., front office, sales, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on promotions, policies, and services.

  • Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reservation reports as required.

  • Upsell services or products when appropriate to enhance customer experience.
