JOB OVERVIEW: -

Guest Management.
Up-selling of products & services.
Handling Guest Complaints.
Efficient & safe delivery of F&B orders.
Inventory Management

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION: -

Graduate/Post-Graduate/Diploma/BHM in hospitality or any other relevant/related field.
Minimum experience of 2+ years in 5 Star Hotels.

Proficient in English
